Courtney and Daniel came to visit during their summer break for a long weekend. We had so much fun with them! They really wanted to go to the beach as much as possible and the weather was perfect for it. We hiked Torrey Pines ending at the beach. I had forgotten how soft the sand is and how much I love it there. We also spent a day in La Jolla at both the cove and the shore. We loved having them around, even if it was only for a few days.
Courtney & Daniel celebrated their first wedding anniversary on August 16th.
Karly took some pictures for them to remember the occasion. (Karly is our official family photographer.) This first one is probably my favorite, but I love them all.

I love the pictures of Courtney and Daniel. They make such a cute couple.
I'd keep Carly as the official family photographer -- she's good! (The pictures of Courtney and Daniel aren't bad either.)
