Piano Concert

One of my favorite things is to listen to my girls play the piano while I'm cooking dinner or working on the computer. It really doesn't matter when, I just love to listen to them both. Sierra plays these absolutely beautiful pieces that stir my heart and Callie is getting better each week. She's practicing this really cool Halloween one right now. They both work hard at it and it's playing off. This weekend one of the composers, of some songs Sierra has played, gave a concert here in Temecula. Of course, we went, and I'm so glad we did. Jon Schmidt is amazing and entertaining. He played with his forearms, backwards, laying down, and even a little with his feet. We walked away from the concert motivated and exicted about piano music.
