The youth in our stake performed roadshows this weekend. Our ward was assigned the theme...
"Cinderella and Be Kind"
I asked Callie & Sierra what there favorite part of roadshow was...
Callie said, "Watching the other wards performances and seeing friends from other wards."
Sierra said, "Hanging out with the youth."
Callie got the part she wanted....scenery. She held a piece of scenery and occasionally would spin it around. I know it sounds kind of boring, but she did it with her friends and any time they get together it's fun. I really thought our scenery was beautiful. It was all done out of chalk. That's what our award should have been for...Best Scenery. Instead we got...Best Acting (which was good too).
In the picture below you can see Andie (Callie's friend) peeking out behind a scenery piece. You can just barely catch a glimpse of Callie on the other side peeking.
Sierra was part of Glinda's entourage. In the picture above, they are getting ready to perform their dance. Of course, that was my favorite scene.

I love these pictures and the girls in them! (: Who did the background/scenery? It is beautiful!
It would have been fun to be there. I enjoy watching roadshows and seeing how much fun the kids have. The scenery is wonderful!
